You know how sometimes you just have a craving for a great, refreshing, healthy summer salad? We just had this for dinner tonight, and it really hit the spot. It's simple and tasty, try it and you're family will love it.
Salad Romaine lettuce, 1 head, chopped and washed Blueberries, one small carton, washed and fresh from the store Strawberries, one carton, washed and cut up Red Onion, one half, sliced thin Mandarin Oranges, one can, drained 1 Red Apple, sliced into small pieces and dipped in lemon juice (to prevent from browning) Cashews, 1/3 cup To get the presentation above, rather than tossing everything together, get out your salad plates and layer the ingredients on each one. It doesn't take long, and it looks much better. Dressing 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon sugar 1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard 4 whole medium strawberries (without the stems) Put all the ingredients into a blender for about 30 seconds, then add 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds and blend for another 5 seconds. Ladle a couple of Tablespoons of dressing over each salad and serve. Serve with your favorite Summer meal, call your friends or family around and enjoy the moment with your loved ones.

I'm always craving for salads, Actually, I visited a lot of restaurants but I never tasted this kind of recipe yet. But I wonder, what is the perfect drink for it? My mom is always preparing a salad for me and I think it's still the best! I'm planning to post it on my blog site too. Anyway, thank you for sharing your recipe!
