It's been 10 months since I started my journey in October of 2013. I thought I'd report on my progress so far. Starting Weight: 290 lbs Current Weight: 216 lbs I've lost 74 pounds! Starting Body Fat: 35% Current Body Fat: 14% I've lost 21% body fat! Starting Lean Body Mass: 186 lbs Current Lean Body Mass: 186 lbs I've kept my lean body mass, which means I've gained muscle. Starting Pants Size: 46" Current Pants Size: 34" I've lost 12 inches around my waist! Starting Heath Conditions: High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Sleep Apnea Current Health Conditions: None I've been cured of some bad conditions through better health! It's been an incredible journey. Thanks again to Bryce at Total Health and Fitness. I'm not posting this report to brag. I still have further fitness goals. I'll do another post about that soon. My main point is not to just celebrate my progress, but hopefully also to inspire others who are in similar circumstances to start their own journey. It sounds cliche, but if I can do it, you can do it. It was hard. But it was worth it. You just need to get sick and tired of being fat and all of the limitations that imposes on your life. You may already be happy, but it will add more years to your life, and more life to your years.
