What's on your playlist?

Having a great set of tunes in the gym can really give you a boost while you're sweating to work off those pounds.  I use the Spotify service because you can basically choose any set of songs you want, create playlists and listen to them any time you want.  There are many other similar services.

Choose music that speaks to you, that motivates and inspires you - either with its message or its beat.  It makes the workout more enjoyable and it goes a lot faster.
